Dear Jo Withey, Information Governance Officer, FOI, Cambridgeshire County Council,

Thank you for your response to my request for any reports and associated cabinet and full council minutes which relate to the decision to only accommodate single deck buses through the guided busway bridges under Hills Road and Long Road. The response states that neither the full council, cabinet or the transport assessment can be considered to have made a decision so there is no information to provide.

However, I think the suggestion that no decision was made at any point relating to this issue is just a question of semantics.

Please could you provide a copy of the Transport Assessment as I assume this contains the information I am interested in.

Please could you also explain how the information in a Transport Assessment can have made its way into the guided busway project without the full council or cabinet making a decision to accept its contents.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Hollinghurst
