Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,

Specifically in relation to the community equipment procured within the Community Equipment Service Contract as commissioned by the Royal Borough’s Housing, Health and Adult Social Care Department please could you forward me:

(a) a copy of written policy and principles that govern such procurement (specifically in relation to: (i) adherence to legislative requirements and public procurement law (e.g. advertising in European Official Journal); (ii) policy on tendering contracts and ensuring value for money for tax payers; (iii) avoidance of conflicts of interest)
(b) a copy of written guidelines, procedures, processes and controls that govern such procurement (specifically in relation to: (i) adherence to legislative requirements (e.g. Official Journal); (ii) policy on tendering contracts and ensuring value for money for tax payers; (iii) avoidance of conflicts of interest)
(c) a copy of any risk assessment reports, audit reports or analysis that cover the breach or implications of the breach of such procurement procedures and processes above not being followed
(d) a copy of the Community Equipment Service Contract

contract”. RBKC’s full agreement with Medequip also includes some other
