Dear Bank of England,

I wish to make an FOI request under the Freedom of Information Act, 2003. Please provide, within 20 working days:

1) A record of overseas travel expenses incurred by Mark Carney during his term as Governor of the Bank of England (July 1, 2013 – March 15, 2020)
2) A record of accommodation expenses incurred by Mark Carney during his term
3) A record of all declarations of interest made by Mark Carney during his term
4) A record of the meetings Mark Carney held with external figures from climate change groups or relevant banking and finance trade associations. I am interested only in a log of who the Governor met, not the content of such meetings
