response to your request I can confirm the following:
 
 
1. Do you have a CHR or a CBL scheme? • Yes 2. Do you use any IT system
or software (including web-based software) to administer this service?
• Yes 3. If so, who is your supplier? • CAPITA 4. What is the annual value
of the contract? • This is included within our OPEN Housing package that
incorporates 28 modules with one contractual amount. Individual elements
are not costed separately. 5. What is the total value of the contract?
• See question 4. 6. What is the duration of the contract? • 3 years
7. When is the contract end date? • 31st March 2018 8. What process was
used to procure the software or IT system? • Corporate Tendering Process
