A copy of the information, which can be disclosed, is enclosed below and
in PDF format. If you are unable to open this document due to its size,
please request a paper copy and I will be happy to send this to you.

The remainder of the information that you requested is exempt under

As per your requests please see our response

 1. All communication from the last 3 years regarding Hartsdown Skate
Park        See attached email communications

 2. Any information about relocating Hartsdown Skate Park to another
location     See attached email communications

 3. The budget allocated to the renovation of Hartsdown Skate park in its
original historic location

The original Cabinet decision was to allocate £150k to 3
skateparks (one in      each town). Quotes from skatepark manufacturers
came in ranging between  £42,500 and £54,200 for the original 'dip'
location.

 4. The budget allocated to the moving of Hartsdown Skate Park to another
location

This element of the tender has been removed to allow further
consultation        with skatepark users and therefore we have no
additional quotes for the new      location. However, as shown in some of
the emails, it is anticipated that it will        cost more in the new
location but we cannot give an exact sum until designs      are completed
and costed accurately.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: Information Request Assessor,

send an email to [email address].

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.

the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
