Information about delayed adoption applications

Poole Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Poole Borough Council,

I am undertaking research about children who are placed for adoption by local authorities for whom adoption applications are not made within a year of the child being placed with the prospective adoptive parents.
Please can you let me know how many children there are who are in care to your local authority, who were placed for adoption at least a year ago,  for whom an adoption order has not been applied for.
How many of these children have been in placement for over 12 but less than 24 months.
How many of these children have been in placement for over 24 but less than 36 months.
How many of these children have been in placement for over 36 months.

Thanks

Katie Brind

Yours faithfully,

Katie Brind

Dear Strategy Team - Information,

I could not find the data I requested on the documents that you sent the links for. This FOI request is about children who are placed with adopters for more than 12 months for whom adoption applications have not been submitted by their possible adoptive parents - after 12 to 24 months, 24 to 36 months or over 36 months.

And I would be very grateful if you could provide this information

Yours sincerely,

Katie Brind
