Our reply to your request is:

Having reviewed your request, the time required to collate the
information requested will exceed the 18-hour threshold so we are
refusing it on the basis of Section 12 of the Freedom of Information
Act.

You have asked us to search for correspondence which mentions
"Bristol international strategy" and "the Bristol-US forum" in email
accounts belonging to more than 30 Council officers, dating back 7
years (to 2012, under the former mayor). This element of your request
alone would exceed the 18-hour threshold.

In order for us to comply, we ask that you please refine your request
so that we can locate the information you are seeking, e.g. minutes
from International Strategy Board meetings.

This response should answer your request in full.

against any exemptions:

Dear "Customer Relations Team" <[email address]>,

Thank you for the clarification and help.

1. Could I please have the minutes from International Strategy Board meetings for the last three years: June 2016 to June 2019.

2. Could I have emails relating to the "Bristol international strategy" and "the Bristol-US forum" from email accounts belonging to any of the following persons: Mayor Marvin Rees, Cllr Hibaq Jama who has responsibility as lead for international, mayor's head of office, and the Mayor's Faith Advisor. Please limit it to the last three years -- 1/1/16 to 1/6/19.

Do let me know if that's refined enough to be useful.

Thanks so much.

Yours sincerely,

Joanna Booth
