Officers report and recommendation to members of Community Services Committee to ask Finance Committee to consider disposal of Council's own astro.

Thank you for your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act. Please note that our reference for your request is
F11/0103.

In response to your request I attach the following documents:

. Report to the Central Area Planning Committee on 24 September
2008 planning application seeking approval of a new artificial grass
sports pitch and floodlights (5 Planning Applications for determination by
the Committee).

. Report to Community Services Committee on 9 December 2008
seeking approval to proceed with the next stage for work relating to the
Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP) project (15 Update on the Development of a
New Artificial Grass Pitch in Partnership with the Plume School).

. Report to Community Services Committee on 1 September 2009
advising the Committee of progress on the development of the new AGP with
Plume School (9 Update on the Development of a New Artificial Grass Pitch
in Partnership with the Plume School).

. Report to Community Services Committee on 30 March 2010
informing the Committee of the completion of the project and requested
that the existing Park Drive AGP be deemed surplus to requirements (8
Artificial Grass Pitch Provision).

I can advise that other reports considered by Committees of the Council
were private and confidential reports which are not available to the
public.
