Thank you for your recent request for information held by Denbighshire County Council received 27/05/2020 regarding traffic orders.

As set out by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it will be our aim to respond to your request by 24/06/2020.In some cases, however, we may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this occurs we will advise you of the likely timescale within which the response will be provided. * Please note that Denbighshire County Council is experiencing an unprecedented situation regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus. We expect it to affect our ability to answer some requests within the timescales normally expected.

Under the Freedom of Information Act the Council may charge for disbursement costs (e.g. photocopies, postage). However should there be any such costs, you will be notified of this prior to the commencement of any work.

I enclose our response to part of your request for information received
27/05/2020 concerning traffic orders.  The remaining part of your request
relating to B5429 Pentre Celyn will be dealt with by 17 July 2020

1.            B5119 Dyserth, Bron Haul and Pen y Maes Avenue, Rhyl)
(Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2018. Order sealed 10/06/20. Order came
into force 15/06/20

                2.            B5429 Pentre Celyn) (30mph Speed
Restriction) Order 2018. Waiting for response from officer diverted to
Covid duties.

                3.            B5429 and Parc Tyn Llan, Llandyrnog)
(Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2018. Order sealed 15/05/18. Order came
into force 21/05/18.

                4.            Chapel Street and Adjoining Roads,
Llangollen) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading at any Time)
Order 2018. This order was never made.

                5.            High Street, Dyserth) (Prohibition of
Waiting, Loading and Unloading) and (Restriction of Waiting) Order 2018.
This order has not as yet been made.
