I am looking to find out if the following was made/implemented and if so
when and where it was advertised as such Cambridgeshire County Council
(Stopping Up of Highway Adjacent to Elean Business Park, Ely Road, Sutton)
Also please provide a copy of map and schedule for said order.

 

The stopping up application made under section 116 of the Highways Act
1980 relating to Land at Elean Business Park, Ely Road, Sutton, was
successfully made and implemented on 9th June 2016.  A copy of the order
and plan are attached.

 

The application was advertised in May 2016 in both The London Gazette and
the Ely Weekly News. Notices were also placed on site in May 2016.

 

 

I hope this information is helpful but if you are unhappy with the service
