Dear Department of Finance (Northern Ireland),

I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please confirm total number of successful EO11’s from IRC214613 P2?

Please provide breakdown by department.

Please confirm current placed Tiers by department.

Please explain how/why other departments lists have moved at a greater pace, whilst staff placed higher on merit in other departments have not yet been placed? Surely this is contrary to “equalisation”! Basically candidates who done better are disadvantaged in terms of salary simply due to the department they are in!

Please provide number/s of staff currently temporarily promoted at EO11 by each department? Why have the successful candidates from IRC214613 P2 not been substantively been placed into these roles?

As promotion boards are launched based on anticipated vacancies; how/why has phase 3 been launched when phase 2 candidates have not even been placed?
