I refer to your request dated 12 October 2017 under the Freedom of
Information Act asking to supply the following information:

Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you
advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion
to name a few.

 

We advertise them in appropriate printed newspapers – T&A, Yorkshire Post,
Keighley News, Ilkley Gazette – depending on the area/subject matter. Some
of those newspapers also choose to publish them on their websites but we
do not pay specifically for that, it’s their choice.

 

If your enforcement register is available online and if not ascertain how
many planning enforcement notices (all) were served in 2016/17 and details
of references and addresses

We do not currently publish TRO’s on our website, but a list of consultees
is attached.

 

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, if you are not
