The request was successful.

Dear Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority,

Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion to name a few.

If your enforcement register is available online and if not ascertain how many planning enforcement notices(all) were served in 2016/17 and details of references and addresses

If your TROS are available online and if not do you have a list of consultees

Yours faithfully,

angela pollock

Good afternoon Angela

You will need to be a bit more explicit about what information you want, as the term Public Notices covers a wide range of subjects. You also seem unclear exactly what information you are seeking - for example in terms of TROs do you want to see a list of the confirmed TROs or, as you suggest, the list of consultees? You ask about enforcement registers - but then say you wish to know the number of enforcement notices served. And what do you mean by references?

If you can tell me tell me exactly which public notices you wish to have information about and what information you actually require,, I can take this request further.

Dear accesstoinfo,

any public notice which is placed in the Newspaper or online regardless of it being planning or highways--wish to know where in the public domain they go

I wish to know both with regards to tros if they are placed online and if you also have a list of consultees

Enforcement Notice -I wish to know how many have been placed in your enforcement register ,if this enforcement register is available to view via your website and in connection with reference I assumed that you worked the same way as the majority of councils in England and when you serve a enforcement notice you would give it a ref

hope that clarifies exactly what I am looking for

Yours sincerely,

angela pollock

Good morning Angela. I am now in a position to respond as follows:

Planning: public notices are shown in local press:
Westmorland Gazette
Darlington & Stockton Times
Craven Herald
Cumberland & Westmorland Herald
Lancaster Guardian

The enforcement register is not published online. The relevant information you request is attached above.

TROs: We publish temporary and permeant TROs here:
http://www.yorkshiredales.org.uk/visit-t...
Our statutory consultees are shown above. This is for first stage consultation; second stage is public and advertised in the local press as above

For Road Traffic Regulation Orders Act 1984 (as amended), Section 14, consultation with District, Parish and County Councils and dependant upon the type of Order it is also necessary to contact Chief Ambulance Officer, Chief Constable, County Fire Officer and Emergency Doctor Service. Notices of intention to make the Order go in the Press and then it is followed up by another Notice in the Press when the Order has been made and Notices and Plans also go up on site and on the website.

Orders under the Highways Act 1980, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 follow the statutory process laid out under legislation but also in addition we carry out a pre-consultation to all regional representatives in addition to the statutory consultees. (see third attach above)
