FOI Response
FOI #11586
Dear Angela

The Council uses Stratford Herald to advertise Public notices on planning
applications where such publicity is needed.
Stratford Herald has been used since November 2016. Prior to that the
Council used the Observer.
Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO’s) are the responsibility of the County
Council and not the District Council so please direct your enquiry to them.
With regards to your query about the Enforcement Register, it is available
on line using the link below
https://www.stratford.gov.uk/planning-re...

The Register is updated Quarterly. The website currently has registers from
1/1/2009 to 31/3/17. It includes the reference and address for each
Enforcement Notice.
The only Enforcement Notices issued since the Register was last updated are
as follows:
15/00623/HHENF – Brookside, Hunger Hill, Henley in Arden B95 5NB – issued
19/5/17
15/00002/COUENF – Land opposite Brookside, Hunger Hill, Henley in Arden B95
5NB – issued 19/5/17

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. An internal review request should be
submitted in writing within 40 working days of receiving the original reply
and should be addressed to:
Phil Grafton, Monitoring Officer, Stratford-on-Avon District Council,
Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
Information Commissioner's Office,
Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.

Regards
Monitoring Officer
Stratford District Council
