Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion to name a few.

If your enforcement register is available online and if not ascertain how many planning enforcement notices(all) were served in 2016/17 and details of references and addresses

If your TROS are available online and if not do you have a list of consultee

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request, which was received by
South Oxfordshire District Council on 01 June 2017.

To enable us to answer your request, could you please clarify the
following so that we have a good understanding of the information you are
seeking.

Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you
advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion
to name a few.

Are you referring to just the Planning Department or are you seeking
information regarding all departments that may advertise a public notice -
e.g Disposal of an Asset of Community Value?

Your request will be placed on hold until we receive clarification from
you.

If I have not heard from you by 09 June 2017, I will assume that you no
longer wish to receive this information and I will archive your request.

Should you then wish to receive this information in the future, you will
need to make a new Freedom of Information request.
