Kent County Council

Dear Angela

Thank you for your request for information made under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) 2000, relating to public notices and TROs.

I am pleased to provide the response below:

Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you
advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion
to name a few.

For Kent Highways, Transportation and Waste, any TROs involving Traffic
Movements, HGV Restrictions, Speed Limits or Waiting Restrictions are
advertised in the local edition of Kent Messenger Group pertaining to
that area, and via the Kent County Council Website, on our consultations
page.

For Environment, Planning and Enforcement notices are also published with
the KM Group.

If your enforcement register is available online and if not ascertain how
many planning enforcement notices(all) were served in 2016/17 and details
of references and addresses

Kent Highways, Transportation and Waste do not have these TRO’s online;
however Kent Police will have copies of any involving Traffic Movements,
HGV Restrictions and Speed Limits as they are the enforcement agency for
these. I have included a link below to help you make contact with the
Police:

Parking Enforcement at each District or Borough Council will have copies
of Waiting Restrictions, as they are the enforcement agency for these as
in Kent, parking enforcement is a function of the 12 district councils and
Medway Council, a unitary authority, not the County Council. I have
provided some links below which I hope will be of assistance not only in
explaining who does what but also to help you contact the appropriate
authorities.

Environment, Planning and Enforcement do not have these online; however 0
enforcement notices were served in 2016/17.

If your TROS are available online and if not do you have a list of
consultees

progress for Kent Highways Transportation and Waste.
