Dear Amanda,

I acknowledge your request for information received on 30^th March 2017.

However, from your request we have been unable to identify some of the
information you need. To help us meet your request, could you please
provide the following additional information:

“Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you
advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion
to name a few.”

·       Please list all types of public notices that you are interested
in, in addition to planning notices, TROs and path diversions. The County
Council has many departments that distribute different types of public
notices.

“If your enforcement register is available online and if not ascertain how
many planning enforcement notices(all) were served in 2016/2017 and copy
of register”

·       Are you referring to enforcement of TROs? If so, this enforcement
is carried out by the relevant district authority and not the County
Council.

“If your TROS are available online and if not do you have a list of
consultees”

·       TROs are not available online. If you have a specific TRO in mind,
we can endeavour to get you a copy of it. We do not hold a list of
consultees, other than the statutory consultees relating to TROs who are
the police, freight transport association, road haulage association and
traffic commissioner.

Additional information should be sent to us within 90 days of the date of
this letter.  Your request will then be considered.  We will aim to
provide the information requested within the statutory timescale of 20
working days as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to
the information not being exempt.

If you have specified a preference, we will endeavour to provide the
information in the format requested. However, in some cases it may be
necessary to provide it in an alternative format.

The Act defines a number of exemptions which may prevent release of the
information you have requested and there will be an assessment to
determine if any of the exemption categories apply. You will be informed
if this is the case.

There may a fee payable for this information. If this is the case we will
write to inform you. In this event the fee must be paid before the
information is processed and released. The 20 day time limit for responses
will be put on hold until we receive the payment.  Our fees policy for
access to information can be viewed on our web site:
