Hello

Instead of TROS do you mean TROW (Temporary Right of Way) ? Please can you confirm this.

Regarding newspapers, listings are in :-

• Malvern Gazette
• Tenbury Advertiser
• Berrow's Journal
• Worcester News

The Enforcement Register is not on-line and the public can come in to view on request. There were 17 Enforcement Notices issued during 2016.

If you have any concerns about the handling of your enquiry, you should in the first instance contact Meesha Patel, Legal Services Manager, at Malvern Hills District Council either by email [email address] or in writing to The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcs. WR14 3AF.
If however, he is unable to resolve your concerns, you may then wish to make an appeal directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
