Dear Samantha,

Further to your recent request for information, the University’s response
follows.

Under the FOI Act, please will you provide me with an up to date
organisation chart of the University's IT Department including any
relevant contact names.

The Organisation chart for our Information & Technology Services
Directorate is attached.

The CIO is Simon Harrison but we maintain that the disclosure of other
contact names would contravene the first data principle of the Data
Protection Act, and we are therefore invoking the exemption at s. 40 of
the Freedom of Information Act in that the data requested constitutes
personal data.

This completes the University’s response to your information request. If
you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request an internal review of our
decision please contact:

Director of the Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory and Support Department, email :
[1][email address]  or by post:  Kingston University,
River House, 53-57 High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1LQ.

In the event that you are not content with the outcome of your complaint
you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision
unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by Kingston
University. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The
Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

I hope that you now have the information you require.

Regards,

Lyn
