Dear FOI,

Please review your protocol to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The act provides that a fee can be levied on requests however this must exceed £450.00 of resourcing costs on the basis of £25.00 per hour. Given that you have stated that this will include 2 hours work this is within the FOI legislation and should be provided on request.

In reference to your request for a name or commercial address, this is again in breach of the express provisions of the Act. The FOI Act 2000 allows for electronic requests and the anonymity of the requester.

This request is informing environmental compliance partners.

Yours sincerely,

Ryan Evans
