In addition, please provide summary figures for any formal complaints made relating to the above.

Please advise if the below needs to be submitted as a separate request due to the different theme of the following:

Please provide details of actions the medical school (faculty, not hospital trust) has taken to monitor attendance both at lectures and hospital placements over the Stage 2 Year 3 cohort this year.

Based on the above, please provide breakdown figures of this attendance monitoring.
