Infection outbreak Incidents - Holywood Care Home (1 January to 31 December 2019)

We're waiting for Roger Corder to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Public Health Agency for Northern Ireland,

I seek the following information under the Freedom of Information act, concerning the reported outbreaks of infection, in Holywood Care Home (Four Seasons).

1. Please confirm whether Holywood Care Home (Four Seasons) reported any outbreaks of infection last year, between 1 January to 31 December 2019.

2. How many outbreaks of infection did Holywood Care Home report, between 1 January to 31 December 2019?

3. For each reported incident of infection reported by Holywood Care Home, please give the date it occurred and specify the exact type of infection reported. For example Respiratory (Pneumonia, Flu, RSV etc), MRSA, Clostridium difficile, E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

4 Please detail what action was taken to identify the source and cause of the infection outbreak for each incident reported between 1 January to 31 December 2019.

5. Please detail what action was taken to prevent a reoccurrence of each of the reported infection outbreaks.
