I am writing to request an internal review of University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Infected Blood Inquiry Corr and Steps'.
In relation to Section 32(1)(a) and (b) and section 32(1)(c) under which you have applied exemptions. This is not applicable. This is because these provisions relate to Courts and Court proceedings, of which the Inquiry is neither. Further, the information is not held ONLY by this virtue.
You may find it helpful to know that the Inquiry recently published a document at the link below which itself states that "An inquiry is not a trial and (unlike a trial) the role of the Chair is not to decide between rival cases"
