Dear Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Infected Blood Inquiry Corr and Steps'.

In relation to Q2 of my FOI, your response was "None received". However, the document "Infected Blood Inquiry Letter" is exactly this so the answer to Q2 must surely be yes? I do not understand how the letter provided does not meet this or does the trust have some other interpretation of the letter?

Yours faithfully,

JJ Evans

FOI, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

Dear Mr Evans

I have forwarded on your request for a review of the information you received.

I will contact you as soon as I have a response.

Kind Regards

James
