Thanks, my request is specific to the Industrial Injury Disablement Benefit,
I'm trying to find out in UK Legislation if (IIDB) was removed from the National Insurance, When, and which fund, funds it ?
i know the DWP administrates this benefit, so i thought I'd ask them via this platform.

hope that helps

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I'm requesting the information that industrial injuries' disablement benefit is not a national insurance benefit.
i am just trying to clarify the position.
the social security act 1990, financial provisions, states that industrial injuries benefit was removed from the national insurance.
I'm asking, is this still the case ?

Yours faithfully,

Mr E
