BBC World Service English, broadcast on Radio 4 overnight this month, February 2019, stated the BBC organised a Road Show in Indonesia.

Who funded the BBC's activities in Indonesia, as mentioned in the broadcast, and who funds other BBC activities in Indonesian ?

I'm seeking an answer such as:-

Her Britannic Majestry's Government
The UK's TV license fee payers
Other source(s).
