Dear Government Office for Science,
I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the freedom of information act and the environmental information regulations.
In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
If however this request is too wide or too unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
I refer to the following of which you are the listed secretariat.

SAGE relies on external science advice and on advice from expert groups. During COVID-19 this includes the: New and Emerging Respiratory Virus Threats Advisory Group (NERVTAG)
Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Modelling (SPI-M) (Department for Health and Social Care)
Independent Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviours (SPI-B)
These groups consider the scientific evidence and feed in their consensus conclusions to SAGE."
(I) Please provide a full list of members of the Independent Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviours (SPI-B), and a terms of reference for this group.
Whereas you have published information concerning (NERVTAG) and (SPI-M) there is no information concerning this sub group.
(ii) Please provide an unredacted set of minutes for the following meeting of (SPI-B) at point 3. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk...
"Easing restrictions on activity and social distancing: comments and suggestions from SPI-B [1 April 2020] "
What does point 3 refer to, and please provide a reason for non disclosure if you choose to refuse this request.
I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you could confirm that you have received this request. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future via the what do they know website address.
