Thank you for your request for information that was received on 31 August
2021  requesting:

A Cabinet document CAB 019/112 dated 3 August 2011, refers to an
independent review carried out by transport planning consultants Steer
Davies Gleave into the need for a targeted PTS in 2010/11. It is
identified in Paragraph 4.1.
Please can you provide a copy of this study/review document.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000  and we aim to send a response by 28 September 2021.

proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000  may restrict the release of some or

of how you may appeal (if appropriate).
