Dear Lucy,

I write in response to your Freedom of Information Act 2000 (or ‘FoIA
2000’) request dated 16/08/2017.

We are currently considering your request. The Act allows us to exceed the
20 working day response target where we are considering the application of
a qualified exemption that requires us to consider the application of the
public interest test. This test is used to balance the public interest in
favour of disclosure against the public interest in favour of withholding
the information.

The information that you have requested is being considered under the
following exemption:

·         Section 22 (Information Intended for Future Publication)

This is a qualified exemption and we estimate that to consider the public
interest test fully will take a further 20 working days. We will aim to
issue a response to you by 12/10/17.

Kind regards,

Melda
