Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Independent advisory services'.

I feel that an internal review is warranted. When you have a contractors who are assessing members of the 'public 'daily to use Section 43 (commercial interests) as means to deny access to the materials requested then it is actually a matter of 'public interest', when it is 'members of public' participating in this process.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

G Ward
