Inconsistent Replies to FOI Requests

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Post Office Limited should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Post Office Limited,In FOI2023/00304 you supplied a commendably detailed explanation of what the term "on the High Street" means, excellent and thank you.FOI 2022/00495 asked What is meant by "the system believes?" when used by the Horizon Helpline team. You turned down this request quoting thus". Given that it is not for a public authority to create new information to satisfy an FOI
request, I am content that the information is therefore not held. Given your response to 2023/00304 and very serious criticism of your "biased, unthinking and mechanical search systems" which Ben Foat,Kate Gallafent and Nick Read have all pledged to improve might I respectfully urge you to reconsider FOI202/00495.Perhaps with your ample resources and no little application a defination of"This means that your declarations have resulted in a cash
shortage meaning the system believes your cash declaration should be
more than what you have said. "What is meant by "the system believes?"”can be achieved.Or was 2023/00304 a one off?

Yours faithfully,John O'Sullivan
