1. Please could you explain which of these two FOI letters is correct?

a)Letter from Nottingham City Council dated 14th January 2015 in which the council sets out that it has provided over £7.5m funding for Woodfield Industries Ltd?

Dear Information Governance,

The response is appreciated, but I don't think the rationale set out by the council (for not providing consistent information) stands up to even light scrutiny. The original request seems fairly clear to me. Therefore the council's decision to add the words "this year" and then to use these extra words (without mentioning this in the response) as the basis to claim that the sum referred to within the request is inaccurate, seems indefensible.

Please review how you handled my FOI. "annual losses" is a plural, as opposed to "annual loss".

Taking this into account, I harbour deep concerns that the process was mishandled and the response is inaccurate.
