Incoming decision letter re planning application

The request was successful.

Dear Lake District National Park Authority,

I understand that in regards to planning application 7/2011/3067 you received an incoming letter from Patterdale Parish Council in connection with their planning recommendation where they granted/approved the recommendation relating to the Glenridding Public Hall as referrenced above. Could you please let me have an electronic copy of that letter.

Secondly I understand that the Parish Council obtained a discount in relation to the same planning application could you please supply me with a copy of any paperwork relating to the application in connection with the discount.

Yours faithfully,

L Pitchford

Dear Sir/Madam (sorry I only have L Pitchford)

Thank you for your Freedom of Information requests on 3 August requesting information on monies relating to overfill car park, and incoming decision letter re planning application. I receive all Freedom of Information requests and process them accordingly. I have not had anything in relation to the above, but that could mean they have gone directly to the departments concerned and I have not had sight of them. I have attached your other FOI request which is the only request I have on file that relates to Patterdale Parish Council. I will get in touch with my colleagues in the relevant departments to see if they have received these requests independently, and will be in touch as soon as I can. If you have any additional information you could provide regarding these requests, i.e the date of the requests, who it was from, where they sent them within the National Park Authority, that would assist me greatly and may speed things up a bit. In the meantime I will look into the matter.

Kind regards

Dear Denise De-Gier,

The incomming information would have been from the Clerk to the Patterdale Parish Council a Mr W Allison. The letter regarding the overfill car park would have been an email or letter apparently sent on the 22nd of July. It would have concerned parking at the LDNP car park/roundabout in Glenridding but I do not know which department the letter would have gone to.

The second letter re the planning application I believe has been dealt with as a delegated decision by a planning officer, probably for the Eden Area.

Yours sincerely,

L Pitchford

Dear Denise De-Gier,

Appologies I believe as you answered both my requests in one letter I answered you in one reply but they perhaps should have been two separate responses.

The planning application for which I am seeking information relating to the Glenridding Public Hall would I believe have been dealt with by a delegated decision by an officer, probably the one for the Eden Area.

Yours sincerely,

L Pitchford
