Dear Colchester Council,
I write to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requesting information on the number of PCNs issued for illegal parking in Colchester. For the years 2013 to 2023 inclusive, please would you be able to send over the following data:
• The overall number of PCNs issued across the borough of Colchester
• The overall amount of money generated by PCNs issued across the borough of Colchester
• The top three streets / addresses where the most money was generated for PCNs (and the amount of money generated from each street / address)
• The bottom three streets / addresses where the least money was generated for PCNs (and the amount of money generated from each street / address)
