Thank you for your request for information regarding income from recycling centre charges and fly tipping, which we received on the 18th of January 2024.

The information that you have requested is detailed below.

1. How much you earned from charges to residents at recycling centres (excluding from business/trade waste) in 2023.
Nil. We do not charge for accepting domestic waste.

2. The amount generated in your area from FPNs issued for fly-tipping in 2023.
£24,400 was generated by the Enforcement Service from FPNs issued in relation to fly-tipping (S.33 Environmental Protection Act 1990) during 2023.

3. Your total costs associated with dealing with fly-tipping in 2023.
