Dear Birmingham City Council,
Thank you for providing this information.
Could I please ask whether the totals you've provided include congestion charges? It's fine if they don't; I'm just checking to avoid double-counting.
Yours sincerely,
Mark Tovey
Dear Mr Tovey
Please see response below relating to your follow-up enquiry.
Could I please ask whether the totals you've provided include congestion
charges? It's fine if they don't; I'm just checking to avoid
double-counting.
The totals provided include income from Penalty Charge Notices that have
been issued for failure to pay the daily Clean Air Zone charge and also
include the income received from paying the daily charge. We do not have
a 'congestion charge'.
Yours sincerely
