Income distribution within the top 1% of earners in Greater London.
Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
Could you please provide me, under the FOI act, data on percentile points of the income distribution specifically for the top 1% of London earners for the tax years 2014-15 and the most recent tax year available?
I am aware that this data is published already at a national level:
https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics...
But I should like to receive equivalent data just for high income individuals residing in Greater London, who are earning in the top 1%.
Yours faithfully,
Yoseph Samuel Sultan

Dear Yoseph Samuel Sultan,

Thank you for your communication of 27th May which has been passed to
HMRC's Freedom of Information Team.
We have allocated the above reference which you should quote if you need
to contact us.
The Team will arrange for a reply to be sent to you which will either
comply with HMRC's obligations under Freedom of Information Act or, if we
think it's an enquiry that we don't need to address under the terms of the
Act, let you know why. If it is the latter we will, if possible, pass it
on to a more appropriate part of the Department for answer.
Yours sincerely
