Incidents in Oxfordshire in 2019

The request was successful.

Dear South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

Please would you provide the following information.

For each 4-character postcode district in Oxfordshire (e.g. OX4 2) in 2019:

• The total number of Category 1 incidents in that district during each hour of the 24-hour clock (e.g. number of C1 incidents in a district between 3pm – 4pm in 2019).

• The average response time to Category 1 incidents in that district for each hour of the 24-hour clock (e.g. average response time to C1 incidents in a district between 6am – 7am in 2019).

• The total number of Category 2 incidents in that district during each hour of the 24-hour clock.

• The average response time to Category 2 incidents in that district for each hour of the 24-hour clock.

If it is convenient for you, may I request that the information is formatted as 4 separate tables, with the rows being for the postcode districts and the columns for hour-long time period (e.g. midnight to 1am, 1am to 2am and so on until 11pm to midnight).

Please also provide:
- a list of the generic locations (e.g. Witney) of Ambulance Standby and Amenity Points in Oxfordshire
- any recent documents that relate to SCAS’s internal analysis/modelling of current or future demand in Oxfordshire (e.g. an analysis of when is ‘busy’ and ‘quiet’)
- any recent documents that relate to SCAS’s level of resources in Oxfordshire (e.g. a description of the approximate resource levels in Oxfordshire at given times)

Yours faithfully,

Daniel Murray

Dear South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

I was wondering if you had an estimated date for when you might be able to respond to my request?

Yours faithfully,

Daniel Murray

FOI, South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

Good afternoon,

I have come across your request while conducting a review of emails for a member of staff who has been signed off long term sick. Due to the time that has lapsed since you originally sent your request in can you please advise if you still require the information?

I can only apologise for the delay in responding to your request but unfortunately, COVID has had a significant impact on our ability to fulfil requests as many staff have been seconded to other roles to assist with the Trust’s COVID response.

Kind regards
