Dear Sir,

Further to your recent request to North Wales Fire and Rescue Service
(NWFRS) made under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act regarding
incidents attended between 2017 and 2019, please see the attached
spreadsheets for the response from NWFRS.

The incident data has been extracted from the national Incident Recording
System (IRS), which became live from the 1st April 2009.

IRS only captures the number of operational personnel who accompanied the
appliance / vehicle, so where there is a ‘0’ on the appliance spreadsheet
this would indicate that non-operational personnel were with the vehicle,
for example where attending Community Assistance Team (CAT) calls.
