Date and Time of Call – This is recorded in column A of the spreadsheet.

Appliances Attended ( With the name of the station it came from ) – This
is recorded in column B & C of the spreadsheet.
Specialist Vehicles (HVP, EPU etc.) – This is recorded in column C of the
spreadsheet
End Time (stood down) – This is recorded in column D of the spreadsheet.
Number of personnel on vehicles – This is recorded in column E of the
spreadsheet.
Type of Incident such as ( Fire’s, Specialist Services and False Alarms )
– This is recorded in column B (highlighted in green) of the spreadsheet.
Location (Place / Town/County) – This is recorded in column C (highlighted
in green) of the spreadsheet.
Premises Type – This is recorded in column D (highlighted in green) of the
spreadsheet.
Outcome (Primary / Secondary) – This is recorded in column E (highlighted
in green) of the spreadsheet.
What Equipment was used at Each Incident – This is recorded in column F
(highlighted in green) of the spreadsheet.
