Inappropriate Usage Increases
Dear Yorkshire Water Services Limited,
I am writing to you following my recent end of year statement as despite not having used the planned amount and having paid off a debit on the account from the previous statement my usage plan has gone up 5000 litres for next year.
I am separate to this enquiry having my individual account looked at but would like to request from yourselves how many accounts finished last year in credit but also had a plan increase as I have?
I appreciate there will be a lot of your accounts on the seasonal fluctuations as previously mentioned so for these would it be possible to get the details of how many did not use all of their plan for the 6 summer months last year and who are now having an increased plan for this year.
Should you require any details confirming please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully,
Ashley White
