Dear Advertising Standards Authority,

Would it be possible to find out why a complaint I submitted on 21st January of 2020 and to this date there has been zero action against the advertiser in question even though the ASA have admitted that there is a clear breach of the advertising rules.

I followed up my complaint on the 29th July 2020 to which I received a response indicating that there had been an administrative error in processing the complaint and that the complaint was going to be dealt with.

I have had to follow up the complaint again on the 21st December 2020 but have received no response.

I must also emphasize, as is evident that this complaint was submitted almost a full year ago, and at the time of writing I have noticed that the offending advertising is still displayed on the website.

I have intentionally left the details out of the case number although you should be able to find the details of the complaint by the dates mentioned.

If you do require any further information from me such as the case number and the gentleman who was dealing with the complaint then please do not hesitate to ask.

Yours faithfully,

Mark McNamara
