In Work Benefits
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Do you hold information concerning the number of people employed by Oxford City Council and Oxford Direct Services who are in receipt of Universal Credit?
If so, please provide the number of people in each organisation that are in receipt of Universal Credit.
Yours faithfully,
Steven Warner

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'In Work Benefits'.
Thank you for your response.
You wrote: "The requested Information is not held as the Department does not receive or hold employer
and/or employment sector info for Universal Credit claims."
Can you please provide clarification regarding the above comment. When someone claims Universal Credit while having a full time job are you suggesting that it is not necessary to provide details of employer and income when making claim? I do not understand as to how the Department of Work and Pensions does not hold information regarding a claimants employer?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...
Yours faithfully,
Steven Warner
