As the construction on the Site IMO has substantially Changed ref Passed LA03/2015/O051F
1. Will a new Habitats Regulation Assessment be Required ?
2. As the agreed Reservoir seems to have Been reduced ! Will Antrim and Newtownabbey Council cover any House insurance flood cover for Properties down hill of the Development
if Council accepts a change of size to the approved planned structure on infilled ground ?
