in depth questionnaire- elective home education

The DCSF have just released a list of the 25 LA's who took part in the in depth questionnaire which followed on from the 60 questionnaire for the Review of Elective Home Education.
Derby apparently answered.
Therefore please supply the responses given by this LA to the in depth questionnaire.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions, which may
prevent release of the information you have requested. Some exemptions are

weighed in favour of withholding the information it will not be released.
You will be informed if this is the case, including your rights of appeal.
If the information you request contains reference to a third party then
they may need to be consulted before a decision is taken on whether the

There may be a fee payable for supplying the information in the form of
disbursements. This will be calculated and you will be informed if a fee
is payable. The fee must be paid before the information is released and
the 20 working day time limit for responses is suspended until payment is

Dear FOI,
thank you for the swift response . I have a question to ask about question 4 in the attachment where Derby city mentions a willingness to take part in the next phase in February or March.
It is the indepth questionnaire of the next phase that should have come in February or March that my FOI relates to.My question asks if you filled it in and not the one you have attached which is the 60 long questionnaire?
if Derby City did not fill it in , why? Or did DErby city indicate a willingness to take part but never recived any futher communication about the review- not the indepth short 6 questionnaire nor the personal interview.
I do hope that has clarified.
