Dear Sir or Madam,
To the competent authority….In 1985 the RSPB and the department of the environment took 12 peregrine falcons from me&/D Wray. All where held by the RSPB or DOE .When initially taken there was one pair of immaculate breeding peregrine falcons in perfect feather .Then two of there young one male one female .The remainder eight where all peregrine falcons in immaculate feather and condition .There was a court case over two of the birds the judge in his wisdom through the case out. Then. ordering you to pay all the costs COUNTING THE VET BILLS .he also ordered the falcons to be emergently returned from the supervision of the RSPB/DOE .on the order of the judge the boxes containing peregrine falcons where returned .The boxes one by one was opened to my horror YOUR department and the RSPB have completely destroyed the falcons
The conditions where unimaginable .The falcon that was the breeding female was wrecked NO tail No wings smashed in face her feet had massive swellings
The male to this female was the same totally unrecognisable as the dignified proud male he was.
You and the RSPB killed one .You and the RSPB lost one You and the RSPB destroyed one of the other females You and the RSPB exchanged one to cover another one you killed .you and the RSPB completely wrecked the very falcons our people in the uk expect from the uk government department and the biggest bird protection group in Europe. The international zoo vet group worked on these falcons for a year to put them right. Then you were told to pay the vets bill.
SO WHO HAD THE FALCONS TAKEN IN 84 RETERNED IN 85? OR DID THE RSPB KEEP THEM AT SANDY LODGE HEADQUARTERS IN BEDFORSHIRE
