Please can you provide under the FOI Act a detailed structure chart for
the trusts IM&T/ Technical / Digital / Infrastructure department,
including directors and 'heads of / senior management' with full job
titles, names, contact numbers and email addresses of individuals who hold
these positions.

Our Request for Clarification:

• Please could you kindly confirm if ‘IM&T Technical / Digital /
Infrastructure department ‘ is meant to be read as separate teams or
read as one department.

• Please could you define and explain what the type of department you
are referring to In reference to the ‘IM&T Technical / Digital /
Infrastructure department’, as this would further assist our search
for the requested information.

Please note:

Once we have received your clarification we will send an acknowledgment
and a date by which you should expect a response. The Trust is not
required to provide information where we have asked for clarification and
the ‘clock’ restarts when clarification has been received. If we do not
hear from you in 20 working days, i.e. by 15/06/2023 we will close the
request and you will be advised to make a new request if you still require
