I am writing in respect of your recent request for information to Barnet,
Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (“The Trust”) under the
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“The Act”).

Please can you provide under the FOI Act a detailed structure chart for
the trusts IM&T/ Technical / Digital / Infrastructure department,
including directors and 'heads of / senior management' with full job
titles, names, contact numbers and email addresses of individuals who hold
these positions.

We are unable to disclose the contact details for these departments.
