Please can you provide under the FOI Act a detailed structure chart for
the trusts IM&T/ Technical / Digital / Infrastructure department,
including directors and 'heads of / senior management' with full job
titles, names, contact numbers and email addresses of individuals who hold
these positions.

and disclosure of employees' email accounts can lead to unwanted and
