I'm writing to enquire about your IM&T department, systems, and processes for recruiting staff.

The questions I would like answering are below:

- Does your organisation use agencies for their IM&T staffing requirements?
- What was your annual spend on agency staff for last Financial Year?
- Do you have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of agencies?
- If yes to the above, when is this due for renewal?
- Can you provide me with a structure chart of all IM&T related departments?
- What version of Windows do you currently use?
- Have you implemented Office365?
